2024 AUDITIONS ARE CLOSED

Vocalists breathe life into the song’s melody and their voices are the primary representation for language, diversity & culture in this song project.

*The recruitment for vocalists will be conducted in a 2-round selection process.

Finalists will be announced after the 2nd round.

If you would like to apply for this department for the 2024 Global ARMY Song project,  these are our EXPECTATIONS:

• Submit two or three, 1-2 minute audio recordings of you singing; originals or covers are always welcome!

• Using a GOOD QUALITY MICROPHONE is preferred (a recording mic; USB, condenser, etc.) Please use your microphone to audition. This is to ensure we have the highest audio quality possible for our project! If you don’t currently have a quality microphone to record your audition clip,  you can use your current mobile phone’s audio recording app. However, we expect a quality microphone to be used for final recordings so we encourage members to eventually reserve/obtain one for use. 

• We prioritize fluency & literacy in the language you are representing,  vocal control, flow, rhythm and emotion. 

AUDIO RECORDINGS: We prefer vocal submissions to be sung acoustically to allow for a better evaluation of your voice! We also ask that your audio recordings remain as dry as possible (meaning we ask that you strip your submissions of any effects such as AUTOTUNE, REVERB, DELAY, etc.) You can send your recordings in English but we also highly recommend auditioning in your native language as well!  We sincerely thank you for your participation!
